Where do I get my wristband?
Following your purchase, you’ve received an e-mail containing an e-ticket or you will get a physical ticket in the mail (depending on the option you picked). You will then have to register in person at the Pouzza Fest headquarters during opening hours with this ticket, either printed or displaying on your mobile phone. We will give you a bracelet that you must be wearing at all times for the duration of the festival in order to enter any of the venues.
Are tickets refundable?
No, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Do you sell single-show tickets?
Depending on availability, there will be individual tickets (giving access to only one show) available at the venues’ doors in very (very!) limited quantities. First come, first served.
You can't get into a venue because it reached full capacity?
