Handy tips to get the most out of Pouzza Fest

Please read all the info listed here before contacting us. The more time we can save from answering questions already answered here, the more time we get to work on the festival so you get the best experience!

General Information

Everyone must first check in at the Pouzza HQ during opening hours to get their passes.

Saturday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Remember: Registration only takes place during these hours. Everyone must first check in at registration to pick up their wristbands. If you can’t make it during these hours, you can ask a friend to come pick them up for you.

I bought my ticket online (on pouzzafest.com or via thepointofsale.com), where do I get my pass?

Following you purchase, you received an electronic ticket via email. You must check in at the Pouzza HQ during opening hours with this ticket (printed or on your phone) and we’ll give you a wristband that you will need to wear to access the venues.

I bought a physical ticket in a point of sale, where do I get my wristband?

When you bought your pass, you were given a ticket. Hold on to it preciously, it’s your only proof of purchase. You need to exchange it for your wristband at the Pouzza HQ during opening hours. This wristband gives you access to the venues during the festival.

Do you sell single show tickets?

Depending on availability, there will be individual tickets (giving access to only one show) available at the venues’ doors in very (very!) limited quantities. First come, first served.

Are tickets refundable?

No, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

I think I lost something during the festival, what should I do?

If you’re looking for belongings lost during the festival, come and see us at Pouzza HQ (where you checked in and got your passes) to let us know and see if someone brought it back.

If you find a lost object, please bring it to our headquarters.

Do you sell single show tickets?

Are photo/video cameras allowed?

Professional photo and/or video cameras are not allowed in the venues. If you’d like to use one, please request a photo accreditation.

Getting around in Montreal

On foot

You can easily get around venues on foot. All venues are located at walking distance from one another. For tourists, it’s a nice way to visit and discover our beautiful city!

Montreal Transit Corporation (STM)

Pouzza Fest takes place in the heart of downtown Montreal, so public transportation is the best way to get to and from the fest. The subway can get you close to all the venues, all located near St-Laurent station and Berri-UQAM station.

Fares, schedule and lines are available at stm.info.

Bicycle and Bixi

It’s possible to rent Bixi bikes (self-service rental bikes) to get from one venue to an other. There are a lot of Bixi terminals near the venues.

If you use your own bike, a good and secure lock is more than recommended!

VIA Rail CanadaYou can get in downtown Montreal by train with VIA Rail. Montreal’s Central Station is located a few blocks away from Quartier des spectacles where the festival takes place.

When will the schedule be available?

The complete schedule should be available early April.

When will the complete list of bands will be available?

The full lineup will be announced a few months before the festival.

Are there secret shows?

Like every year, we’ve got a few surprises for you! If you’d like to be the first to know about last minute secret shows, keep an eye out for announcements on our social media pages during the festival.

I want to play at Pouzza Fest, what should I do?

We’re always looking for new bands to play at Pouzza.

Booking is over for this year.

Can I volunteer?

We’re always looking for serious, energetic and fun volunteers who share the same passion and values! We offer advantages to volunteers during the 3 days of the festival. Work shifts may vary depending on the role you’ll be given.

We need volunteers for registration, venue doors, stage tech, and security. You have a driver’s license? We also need runners who can drive bands or run last-minute errands around town.
